Description
Pink Sparkling Elderflower is our version of John Wright’s (‘River Cottage Handbook #12 @ p127) sparkling Elderflower wine. We use Elderflowers growing around our orchard and Pinot Grigio Rose rather than white wine juice.
Contains live yeast and sulphites. Stand the bottle upright in a fridge before opening and pouring carefully into a fluted or Tulip-shaped glass.
Our result is light, refreshing, pink and delicious.
