RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
By placing an order for an alcoholic product you confirm that you are more than 18 years old. Upon delivery please ensure that there will be a person present older than 18 to sign for receipt .
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An Order is placed with us only when payment has been received by us. We will send you an Order Acknowledgement to confirm your Order and acceptance of valid payment.
DELIVERY
For delivery of online purchases we use Royal Mail or a courier. Delivery to most of mainland UK is commonly 2 working days. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery may exceptionally take 10 working days.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and Islands incur a further delivery charge. Delivery to these areas is not always possible and is discretionary. Please write or call before making your order.
MISSED DELIVERIES / CHANGING DETAILS MID-DELIVERY
Delivery is subject further to the Terms and Conditions of Royal Mail and / or our courier. In general, Royal Mail / our courier will attempt delivery and if for any reason unsuccessful, will leave their contact details. It is then your responsibility to re-arrange delivery, to collect the produce from their depot, select to leave the produce in a safe place such as a neighbour’s house, or coal shed etc.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not deliver produce Internationally.
DAMAGED PRODUCE
Upon delivery please inspect the parcel and produce for damage. We recommend that you don’t accept damaged produce. Refunds or replacement produce are only provided if we are notified within 2 days of delivery.
SALE OR RETURN
We do not offer sale or return.
PRODUCTS
All our produce is subject to availability. Our production runs are small. We will inform you as soon as possible if produce that you have ordered is unavailable. We will try to dispatch the produce you have chosen.
Prices and availability of produce is subject to change without notice.
